Works as advertised

The AC-4000 exceeds my expectation for a very inexpensive stereo headset with mic; Apple’s AirPods Pro audio quality is infinitely better. The AC-4000 earphones emphasize bass. The earpieces rest on the back of my ears, so do not smash my ear canals. I can hear 35 Hz - 10.8 kHz with the headset, obviously using increased volume level for the lower & upper frequencies. I tested the AC-4000 with an iPhone 11 Pro using an Apple MMX62AM/A, Model A1749, “Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter,” which has a CTIA standard TRRS jack, and it functioned as expected. On an iPhone running iOS 15.2.1, the Left/Right balance adjustment is under near the bottom of the page. To adapt the TRRS plug to a TRS stereo headset plug for listening to a radio transceiver having different audio on the right & left earpieces, I used the KOOPAO model number LST-ROUND-AUX-2M1F adapter; the adapter’s headphone TRS plug has tip audio is on the mic boom side.

Works great for in home work

This is great, though I think I talk louder because I can't hear myself LOL.
This works especially well when I am trying to listen to something on my laptop in my house and there are people around and lots or background noise that then gets cut out for myself and those in my meetings.

I got this for my work from home calls. It's been nice to hear better. The Wi-Fi ones gave me a headache

Good value, well worth it for this low ****

I bought these headphones to use when transcribing; and for phone calls and Zoom meetings when there is noise around me. Have used for a few hours so far and am quite happy. Surprised these only cost $14 something. The ear pads fit right over my ears and do a good job of blocking out background noise. (Of course they are not soundproof. I don't think any headphones are, no matter what they say. Maybe the $300 kind are.) The mic is good and I've asked numerous people if they can hear me OK and is my voice clear, and everyone so far says I sound fine. So far I've mostly been using with an iPhone and a 3mm-to-lightning converter cable and all is well. Recommended.

Updated (All is well again!) - Headset is great for noise cancelling

This headset worked perfectly for me for about 3 weeks (I used the headset about 1-2 hours a day for conference calls). The quality was great, noise around me was minimized and they were comfortable to wear. Last week, however, the left side started going out so now the quality is spotty (if both sides are working), or I can only hear on one side. Such a shame because the headset really was helpful for my calls.
UPDATE: I was in desperate need of a headset during a call, so I used the headset again (expecting only one side to work- again desperate). Surprisingly, they are working just fine again. I've used for about four weeks with no issues.
When updating this review, I did realize support reached out to me (I must have overlooked the email), but I didn't have to replace. Thank you.
